On this page
Husqvarna names its messages; it does not number them. Each shows a name such as "Trapped" or "No loop signal", then the cause and the action. The app may show the name in your own language; we give the manual's English.
Find your model
Husqvarna's manuals each carry their own table of fault and information messages. The page for your mower has that manual's rows, with the cause and action for each message.

Owner reports for the same messages
Some messages are covered in more depth by what owners wrote about them. The owner-report pages below hold the counts and the fixes; this page does not repeat them.
| Message | Where owners wrote about it |
|---|---|
| No loop signal (wire models) | Automower 'no loop signal': what owners found on wire models |
| Charging station blocked, Stuck in charging station, Charging system problem | Automower docks but won't charge, or won't enter the station, which covers the German-language 'charging station blocked' and 'charging system problem' messages |
| Lifted, Mower tilted, Upside down, Collision, Tilt sensor problem | Automower stops with a lift, tilt or collision alarm on a flat lawn |
| Empty battery, Low battery, and a mower that mows for shorter periods | Automower battery wearing out |
| Searching for satellites, No accurate position from satellites | Automower EPOS stops on 'satellite search', and Husqvarna's own checks on Automower keeps stopping on an EPOS lawn |
| No correction data available | Husqvarna's own checks on Automower keeps stopping on an EPOS lawn |
| Reference station communication problem, Multiple reference stations | Automower EPOS: the mower cannot find the reference station |
| Connectivity problem, SIM card not found | Automower 'Connect is not available', owner reports of a connectivity card not found |
| Any message after a firmware update | NERA models after a firmware update and the 405X and 415X after a 54.x or 57.x update |
Every message on the model pages is the manual's. Where an owner-report page exists, it says what owners found, which is a different question from what Husqvarna says to do. "Restart the product" is the first step the manuals give for many messages: Restart or factory reset an Automower says how.
What's covered and what isn't
Read row by row: the eleven manuals above.
Not read row by row, so not stated here: the manuals for the 430XH and 450XH. The same goes for the 520 and 550 wire and H versions and the 450X EPOS. Each has a troubleshooting chapter with a table of this kind. A message name that is not on a model page may still be in your manual.
What the tables do not tell you. They say what Husqvarna tells owners to do. They say nothing about how often a message appears or whether the action works. That is what the owner-report pages above are for.
Nothing here matches your symptom?
A fault that isn't listed here doesn't mean nothing is wrong with your mower. The manufacturer's own manual is linked from this page, and the guides for this brand are listed on its overview.

If your code isn't here
-
Find your mower in the list on this page and open the page for its manual. Each page has the manual's fault and information messages, and for most models the station lamp and the symptoms it lists.
More about this step
Applies when: the app or the mower shows a message.
Worked if: you have Husqvarna's own cause and action for your message, not a forum guess at what it means.
Didn't work? Next: step 2 — Open the owner-report page for your message. Find it from the...
Method: the eleven Husqvarna operator's manuals listed on this page
-
Open the owner-report page for your message. Find it from the table below, to see what other owners found and how many of them found it.
More about this step
Applies when: the manual's action did not fix it, or your message is in the table below.
Worked if: you have what owners actually did about it, beside what the manual says.
Didn't work? Next: step 3 — Speak to your Husqvarna representative or approved servicing...
Method: the owner-report pages named in the table; what they hold is stated on each
-
Speak to your Husqvarna representative or approved servicing dealer. Do this if the same message keeps coming back, as the manuals say.
Stop and get help if
the station lamp is solid red: the manuals say an authorised service technician must correct that, so leave the station alone.
More about this step
Applies when: the message comes back after you have followed the manual's action.
Worked if: someone with the diagnostic tool reads the mower, or you know the dealer's terms.
Method: the manuals' own wording on repeated messages and on the solid red lamp
