Husqvarna names its messages; it does not number them. Each shows what Husqvarna Fleet Services shows: a name such as "Trapped" or "No loop signal", then the cause and the action. It may show the name in your own language; we give the manual's English.
535 AWD EPOS: what stops the mower
From the 535 AWD EPOS manual (edition line 1427 - 013 - 12.09.2025), section 8.2, Messages, pages 42 to 50. The manual says these messages are shown in Husqvarna Fleet Services1. This manual covers both boundary-wire and EPOS (wire-free) installations, and some rows are marked for one or the other.
| Message | Cause, per the manual | What Husqvarna says to do |
|---|---|---|
| No loop signal (boundary wire) | Nine causes: the power supply or low-voltage cable is not connected, or is damaged; ECO mode is on and the product tried to start outside the station; the product does not find the loop signal from the station; metal objects or buried cables; for a wire installation, the boundary wire is not connected to the station, is crossed on its way to and from an island, is broken, or the product is too far from the wire | Check the station's LED (not lit means no power), the outlet, the earth-fault breaker and the low-voltage cable; replace a damaged supply or cable; put the product in the station and start it; put it in the station and create a new loop signal; move the wire or make more islands; check the wire connectors and replace any damaged one; check the wire is installed correctly around islands; find the break and replace that section with new loop wire and an original coupler; redo the installation so that every part of the work area is within 35 m / 115 ft of the wire1 |
| No charging station signal (EPOS) | Four causes: the power supply or low-voltage cable is not connected; ECO mode is on and the product tried to start outside the station; the product cannot find the loop signal from the station; metal objects or buried cables interfere with the signal | Check the station's LED (off means no power) and the low-voltage cable; put the product in the station and start it; put it in the station and make a new loop signal; move the charging station to a new position1 |
| Wheel motor blocked; Wheel drive problem | Grass or an object is wrapped around the drive wheel. The manual prints one cause and one action against both messages | Examine the drive wheel and remove the grass or object1 |
| Wheel motor overloaded | The product is caught in something | Free the product and rectify the reason for the lack of drive; if it is due to wet grass, wait until the lawn has dried1 |
| Cutting system blocked | Grass or an object is wrapped around the blade disc; or the blade disc lies in a pool of water | Examine the blade disc and remove the grass or object; move the product and stop water collecting in the work area1 |
| Cutting system imbalance | Too few or too many blades | Examine the blades on the blade disc1 |
| Trapped | The product is stuck in a small area behind a number of obstacles | Look for obstacles that make it hard to move away1 |
| Slipped | The product is caught in something and slipping; the work area includes a steep slope; for a boundary wire installation, the guide wire is not installed correctly in a slope | Free the product, and wait for wet grass to dry; the manual states the maximum guaranteed slope as 70% and says steeper slopes should be isolated; install the guide wire diagonally across the slope1 |
| Charging station blocked | Poor contact between the charging strips and the contact strips after several tries; an object blocks the way in; the baseplate is tilted or bent | Check the strips make good contact and clean the contact and charging plates; remove the object; put the baseplate on level ground1 |
| Stuck in charging station | The product slips on the baseplate; or an object stops it leaving | Clean the baseplate; remove the object1 |
| Outside work area | Six causes: the wire connections at the station are crossed; the wire is too close to the edge of the work area; the wire, virtual boundary or virtual transport paths are in an area that slopes too steeply; the wire is laid the wrong way round an island; metal objects or buried cables close by; the signal is hard to tell from another installation close by | Check the wire is connected correctly and laid as the instructions say; move the wire or make more islands; put the product in the station and create a new loop signal1 |
| Slope too steep | The product stopped because the slope is too steep | Change the installation of the work area to leave out the steep part1 |
| Destination not reachable | A stay-out zone blocks the way to the work area; for an EPOS installation, there is no transport path to the work area, the way back to the station is blocked by an obstacle, or the way to the maintenance point is blocked | Edit or remove the stay-out zone or make a new installation of the work area; remove the obstacle1 |
| Destination blocked | An obstacle blocks the way; a stay-out zone blocks the way; or, for an EPOS installation, there is no transport path to the work area | Remove the obstacle; edit or remove the stay-out zone or make a new installation; make a transport path to the work area1 |
| Collision sensor problem, front or rear | A blockage has caused the product to stop | Remove the product from the blockage and examine the cause of the stop1 |
| Collision | The body cannot move freely around the chassis; or the body is not installed correctly in the rubber dampers | Remove dirt and unwanted material between the chassis and the body; check the rubber dampers are attached correctly in the body and the chassis, and if it stays, the message requires an authorized service technician1 |
| Weak GPS signal | The sky is obstructed in large parts of the work area | Remove obstructing objects if you can; switch off the GPS navigation function and use the lawn coverage function instead1 |
| Invalid firmware configuration | The firmware in the product is invalid | Put the product in the charging station and update the firmware via FOTA; if it stays, speak to your authorized service technician1 |
| Map problem | The map object file is incorrect | Check the map in the app, adjust it and save it; or delete the map and do a new installation1 |

| Message | Cause, per the manual | What Husqvarna says to do |
|---|---|---|
| Empty battery | For a boundary wire installation, the product cannot find the station. For an EPOS installation, the product cannot find the station, and the action column prints two lines: it has no accurate position, and an obstacle stops it finding the station. The battery is spent. The station's antenna is defective | Change the position of the guide wire and check the installation settings for finding the station; replace the battery; check whether the station's lamp flashes red1 |
| Battery temperature outside limits | The product does not operate if the battery is too hot or too cold | It starts again when the temperature is between the set limits and the schedule lets it operate; put the station in a place protected from the sun1 |
| Temporary battery problem; Battery problem | A temporary battery or firmware issue. The manual prints one cause and one action against both | Restart the product; if the problem remains, the message requires an authorized service technician1 |
| Charging system problem | Corrosion or dirt on the charging plates and contact plates; or a temporary electronic or firmware problem | Restart the product and clean the charging plates on the product and the contact plates on the station; or restart, and if it stays speak to your approved servicing dealer1 |
| Charging current too high | A wrong or faulty power supply unit | Restart the product; if the problem remains, the message requires an authorized service technician1 |
| No power in charging station | A wrong or faulty power supply unit; a power failure; no contact between the contact plates and the charging plates | Examine the power supply and replace it if necessary; find and rectify the cause of the power failure; make sure the plates are connected1 |

What the tables do not tell you
They say what Husqvarna tells owners to do. They say nothing about how often a message appears or whether the action works. The owner-report pages in the fault and error message reference are for that. A message name that is not on this page may still be in your manual.
Nothing here matches your symptom?
A fault that isn't listed here doesn't mean nothing is wrong with your mower. The manufacturer's own manual is linked from this page, and the guides for this brand are listed on its overview.

If your code isn't here
-
Find the message Husqvarna Fleet Services shows in the tables on this page. Read the manual's cause and action for it. Many messages list more than one cause: read them all before you act.
More about this step
Applies when: the app or the mower shows a message.
Worked if: you have Husqvarna's own action for that message, not a forum guess at what it means.
Didn't work? Next: step 2 — Look at the lamp on the charging station. A wire model should...
Method: the fault and information message tables in Husqvarna's 535 AWD EPOS operator's manual, read row by row for this page
-
Look at the lamp on the charging station. A wire model should show solid or flashing green. A flashing blue lamp is the manual's sign that the boundary wire is not connected to the station or is damaged; a flashing red lamp, a problem with the station's antenna; a solid red lamp, an error in the circuit board or the power supply.
More about this step
Applies when: the message is about the loop signal, the charging station or leaving or finding it, or the mower stops with no message you can match.
Worked if: you know whether the problem is the station and its wire rather than the mower.
Didn't work? Next: step 3 — Open the owner-report page for your message. Find it from the...

Open the owner-report page for your message. Find it from the table on the fault and error message reference, to see what other owners found and how many of them found it.
More about this step
Applies when: the manual's action did not fix it, or your message is in that table.
Worked if: you have what owners actually did about it, beside what the manual says.
Didn't work? Next: step 4 — Speak to your Husqvarna representative or approved servicing...
Method: the owner-report pages named in that table; what they hold is stated on each

Speak to your Husqvarna representative or approved servicing dealer. Do this if the same message keeps coming back, as the manual says.
Stop and get help if
the station lamp is solid red: the manual says an authorised service technician must correct that, so leave the station alone.
