Scope of this page: the table below is Mammotion's official fault-code table — every code the manual lists, not a partial selection. Seven official manuals document this exact same table, verbatim, code-for-code1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10 — LUBA 2 AWD, LUBA 2 AWD X, LUBA mini AWD, LUBA mini AWD LiDAR, YUKA, YUKA mini, and YUKA mini Vision. We also checked four newer-generation manuals — LUBA 1 AWD, LUBA 3, LUBA mini 2, and YUKA mini 211, 7, 8, 9 — which turned out to have no fault-codes section at all; that's a separate finding, not weaker evidence for the table above, and it means Mammotion simply doesn't document fault codes for those product lines in their current manuals. Owner-reported codes that circulate in the community but aren't in any official manual (for example the ones tied to specific known-issue reports elsewhere on this site) aren't included yet; that's a separate pass requiring individual source verification, tracked as a follow-up.

Cutting-disk motor codes

Code Meaning Manufacturer's fix
316 Left cutting-disk motor is overheating Returns to normal once the motor cools — can take several minutes
318 Left cutting-disk motor sensor has failed Restart the robot; if it persists after a few restarts, contact after-sales
323 Right cutting-disk motor is overloaded Check whether the cutting disk is jammed and clear it; or raise the cutting height
325 Right cutting-disk motor fails to start Check whether the cutting disk is jammed; if not, restart the robot; if it persists after a few restarts, contact after-sales
326 Right cutting-disk motor is overheating Restart the robot; if it persists after a few restarts, contact after-sales
328 Right cutting-disk motor sensor has failed Restart the robot; if it persists after a few restarts, contact after-sales

Battery / charging codes

Code Meaning Manufacturer's fix
1005 Low battery The robot resumes once the battery is charged to 80%
2713 Charging stopped due to low battery voltage Restart the robot; if it persists after a few restarts, contact after-sales
2726 Battery is overcharged Stop charging immediately; if it happens frequently, contact after-sales
2727 Battery is over-discharged Recharge the robot

Navigation / positioning codes

Code Meaning Manufacturer's fix
1300 Positioning status is poor Wait for the robot to reposition itself
1301 Charging station has been moved Relocate the charging station back to where the robot expects it
1420 Timed out retrieving wheel-speed data Restart the robot; if it persists, contact after-sales

Positioning status (shown in-app, not a fault code)

The app's device screen shows a live positioning-status reading — not an error by itself, but the thing to check first if the mower won't start an automatic job.

Status Accuracy Automatic mowing allowed?
Fix Under 10 cm (4 in); down to 2 cm (1 in) in good open sky Yes — this is the only status that allows automatic mowing
Float About 50–200 cm (20–79 in) No
Single Meter-level No
None No positioning No

What's covered and what isn't

Confirmed to use this exact table: LUBA 2 AWD, LUBA 2 AWD X, LUBA mini AWD, LUBA mini AWD LiDAR, YUKA, YUKA mini, YUKA mini Vision.

Confirmed to have no official fault-code documentation at all: LUBA 1 AWD, LUBA 3, LUBA mini 2, YUKA mini 2. If you're on one of these and the app shows a code, there's currently no manufacturer reference for what it means — this site's known-issues pages are the best available source for those models' specific problems.

Every Mammotion mower manual we could locate has now been checked — no known series remains unverified.

None of the eleven manuals checked contain codes 1425, 1202, 1028, or 1068 anywhere in their text — these are genuinely owner-reported/community codes, not merely omitted from one manual's excerpt.

Owner-reported codes not in any official manual — including ones already referenced elsewhere on this site, like the vision-module error covered in the YUKA mini Error 1425 page — will be added here once each is individually source-verified, badged separately from the official codes above.
