Mammotion: battery, care and warranty
12 pages. Start with the one that sounds most like yours. Each one opens on what to try first.
Safety first
Some of these are about the mower’s safety features. Before you try anything, read the safety rules from your mower’s manual.
Check these first
- Do this first: common mechanical causes before you blame firmware
A checklist of physical, mechanical, and setup issues that produce symptoms commonly mistaken for firmware bugs. Cheaper and faster to rule out than a rollback, and sometimes the actual fix.
- Tips & fixes that work across models
Find what your mower is doing, then the fixes owners found for it, newest first. Each fix is dated and works on more than one model.

Mammotion support, repairs and replacements: what owners report
Try first: Before you contact support, have your case ID (if you already have one) and the device name from the app. Also have a log uploaded through the app, and photos or a short video of the fault.

Known issue
LUBA 3: the app's battery 'max capacity' reads low within months, some after a firmware update
Try first: In the app, tap the gear icon at the top right, then Robot settings, then Battery and Charging. The maximum capacity figure is shown there. Owners with a LUBA 2 or 2X say they cannot find such a screen, so it may be a LUBA 3 menu only.

LUBA 3: turns tear up the lawn, and what owners and Mammotion say to change
Try first: In the mowing task settings, set the mowing angle to Random. The mower then changes its working angle each task and turns in a different place.

LUBA 2: turns tear up the lawn since the summer firmware, and what owners and Mammotion say to change
Try first: Mark the worst worn patches as no-go zones, so the mower stops turning on them. This is the first thing a Mammotion staff account suggested to LUBA 2 owners, in September and again in October.

Mowing in wet grass: clippings caking under the deck, and what owners do about it
Try first: If you can, wait until the grass and the ground are dry, and start after the morning dew has gone. If the ground is muddy or the mower leaves wheel tracks, pause and mark that part as a No-Go Zone until it recovers.

Mammotion warranty terms: what the published statements say, by where you bought
Try first: Work out where the mower was bought: a Mammotion store (which country), a local dealer, or second-hand. The warranty is claimed in the country where it was bought and is used.

Winter storage: what each Mammotion manual says, and where their blog disagrees
Try first: Find your model in the table and note the two temperatures: the one for the mower and the one for the charging station.

A stolen Mammotion mower: what owners did to get one back, and why many now add a tracker
Try first: Open the app and look at the mower's location straight away, and keep checking. One owner whose location did not show at first got a notification some time later that the mowing job was resuming, looked at the location, and found the mower. Another got the police to recover theirs after the thief turned it on and it got a GPS fix.

Known issue
LUBA 3: shuts off mid-task with battery left, or runs flat without going home
Try first: If you have set a charge limit such as 80%, raise it to 100%. Let the mower charge fully on the dock, then mow again. Owners say a restart in the app can show a sudden drop in the battery figure; charge to full after it.

Blade & deck maintenance: what owners do, and what Mammotion warns against
Try first: Lower the cutting disc, then CAREFULLY wipe the underside. Those blades are SHARP! On a LUBA, set the cutting height lower in the app; on a YUKA, YUKA mini or YUKA mini 2, press down and turn the cutting-height knob on top. Do not demount the blade guard to reach it.

Known issue
LUBA: the lawn wears into a bare circle in front of the charging station
Try first: Clean the mud and grass out of the front wheels, so the small rollers around each wheel turn freely. Hold off mowing while the ground is wet.

LUBA 1 battery wearing out: what owners paid, where they got a new one, and what Mammotion says about doing it yourself
Try first: Measure what the charger and power supply deliver before you buy a battery. If a neighbour has a LUBA, try your mower on their charger. One owner did both, found the supply fine and the mower still would not charge on a known-good charger, and then replaced the battery. Another owner's symptom was a mower that stopped about halfway round the lawn with the app showing 50% or more, then read 0% when carried back to the dock and lasted about 30 minutes after charging.
