What to do next
-
Work out where the mower was bought: a Mammotion store (which country), a local dealer, or second-hand. The warranty is claimed in the country where it was bought and is used.
Applies when: the mower has a fault you want repaired under warranty.
Worked if: you know which statement below applies to you.
Method: the territorial clause in Mammotion's UK and EU warranty statements
-
Find the receipt or invoice showing the purchase date and the mower's serial number. If you bought from a Mammotion store, the order number is enough.
Applies when: you know which terms apply.
Worked if: you have what the statements say a claim needs.
Method: the claim procedure in Mammotion's warranty statements and manuals
-
If a local dealer sold it, contact the dealer first; otherwise contact Mammotion support by chat, hotline or email. Follow any software-update instructions they give before shipping anything.
Applies when: you have your proof of purchase.
Worked if: the claim is open, and you are told where to send the mower if it has to go in.
Didn't work? Next: step 4 — If the claim stalls or is declined, work the support and repairs...
Method: the claim procedure in Mammotion's warranty statements and manuals
-
If the claim stalls or is declined, work the support and repairs guide: keep everything in writing and ask in public if a case stops moving.
Applies when: a claim is declined, stalls, or the offer changes.
Worked if: the case moves, or you have a written record of why it did not.
Stop and get help if: the claim is declined in writing and you think the terms below say otherwise — that is a dispute for Mammotion, or for consumer advice where you live, not for this site.

Did this work, or not? Tell us what happened — a report from someone who hit it is what turns one dealer's method into a documented fix.
Mammotion publishes more than one warranty text, and which one applies depends on where the mower was bought. The UK and EU stores' statements are issued by Mammotion Technik GmbH in Düsseldorf and say Mammotion pays the shipping on a claim1 2. The manuals' warranty chapter is issued by Shenzhen Mammotion Innovation Co., Ltd and says the owner arranges the shipment5. The versions read here were published between April and August 2026; terms change, so check the current text on your own store before you rely on a detail.

Bought from a UK or EU Mammotion store
The UK, German, Danish and Polish stores publish essentially the same statement1 2 3 4. What it says:
- Shipping is on Mammotion. Mammotion bears the shipping costs and provides a free shipping label, unless it finds on inspection that the mower is not under warranty1. Pack it in the original box or something equivalent: Mammotion is not liable for damage caused by poor packing1.
- Claim in the country where you bought it. The warranty is claimed in the country where the mower was bought and is used1. The German, Danish and Polish copies add that using it outside the EU can void the warranty2 3 4.
- It sits on top of your legal rights. The statement says nothing in it limits your statutory rights under the applicable law1.
- When the clock starts. From the first purchase from Mammotion or an authorised dealer, as shown on the receipt or invoice. If a Mammotion-store receipt's date cannot be read, it starts at activation; for a pre-order, at the date it shipped from the warehouse1.
- A repair does not restart it. A repaired or replaced mower keeps the time left on the original warranty, unless the law where you live says otherwise. Replacement parts may be new or used, but must work at least as well as the original1.
- Wear parts are excluded, with a 30-day exception. Blades, cutting discs, tyres, charging cables, grass bags and roller brushes are not covered, but Mammotion replaces them free within 30 days of purchase if the defect is in the material or workmanship1.
- What else voids a claim: service by anyone other than Mammotion or an authorised dealer; a part changed without Mammotion's consent (its own example is replacing a wheel hub motor); accidents, liquid spills or incorrect charging; damage in transit that was not refused on delivery; and a missing receipt or an altered serial number or label1.
- Out of warranty, you choose. Mammotion tells you, and you decide whether to pay for the repair, including materials, labour and shipping. If you do not, the mower comes back unrepaired1.
How long the battery is covered. The statement's tables give the battery 2 years on LUBA 1 AWD, LUBA 2 AWD and the 2024 YUKA, and 3 years on every later series: LUBA mini AWD and LiDAR, LUBA 2 AWD X, YUKA mini and YUKA mini Vision, the 2025 YUKA, LUBA 3 AWD, LUBA mini 2 AWD and YUKA mini 21 2. (The UK copy has no LiDAR row; the German one does.) The same tables list periods for the motors, vision module, circuit board, GPS kit, RTK station and charging station; read those on the statement itself for your series. On LUBA 3 AWD the RTK station is listed only for the 10000/10000H and 5000/5000H1.
Parts bought separately have their own periods: for example, 1 year for a LUBA 1 RTK station, 2 years for LUBA 2 RTK stations and vision modules, and 3 years for LUBA 2X, LUBA mini and YUKA mini parts and batteries7.
What the manuals say
The warranty chapter in the LUBA 3 AWD and LUBA 2 AWD X manuals covers the same ground in less detail5 6:
- Contact the local dealer first if a dealer sold it; otherwise Mammotion support. Have a proof of purchase or order number and the serial number ready.
- Support may ask you to install a software update before anything is shipped.
- If the mower has to go in, the owner arranges the shipment to a service centre. If the fault is covered, Mammotion repairs or replaces it at no cost and, in the LUBA 2 AWD X manual's words, sends it back at no cost6. If it is not covered, a fee may be charged.
- The exclusions match the store statement's: not following the manual, accidents and liquid spills, incorrect charging, unapproved modification, altered labels, and no valid proof of purchase.
This page does not yet cover the US, Canadian or Australian stores' own warranty statement.
The extended warranty
Mammotion sells a one-year extension it calls CARE, and the terms read the same in the US, Canadian, UK and Australian stores8 9 10 11:
- Buy it within 60 days of first activation, in the Mammotion app or the official store, and from the same country or region as the mower.
- It starts when the original warranty ends and runs one year.
- It covers the core components only — not the battery, consumable parts, or accessories bought separately — and not a lost or stolen mower.
- It includes parts, labour and round-trip shipping for a covered fault.
The stores list slightly different models as eligible, so check yours on your own store before you buy.
