LUBA 2, LUBA 2X (most also applies to LUBA 1)
An authorized Mammotion dealer's step-by-step breakdown of docking/charging failures: contact alignment, the power-supply and charging-station LED codes, ant infestations, and how to tell a bad battery from a bad power supply.

Official Mammotion fault/error codes, meaning and manufacturer-recommended fix for each, cross-checked against seven current official user manuals, plus which model lines' manuals don't document fault codes at all.

Mammotion's official August 21 and September 4 firmware announcements both claim to fix the mower crossing the perimeter/no-go zones. Here's what actually changed between them, and what's been reported since the second fix.

- 21 Aug 2026
Known issue
LUBA 2 (base/2024)
Four owners report the same pattern on sloped ground near a boundary: LUBA 2 slides onto the road, path, or bed while turning, a design limitation rather than a bug, with two partial workarounds.
Known issue
YUKA (sub-model not stated in most reports), LUBA Mini AWD LiDAR, and LUBA 1 / LUBA 2 (cross-model corroboration)
"Recharge failed (1200)" has been independently reported across the YUKA line, LUBA Mini AWD LiDAR, and LUBA 1 / LUBA 2 units, with several confirmed different causes: a faulty charging station whose light has gone dark, a dock that passes every check and still fails, and an unlevel dock. Check each before assuming a mower-side fault.
Known issue
LUBA 2 (base/2024), also reported on LUBA 1
Four independent LUBA 2 (and one LUBA 1) owners hit the same pattern within weeks of each other: the charging station's green LED goes dark and the mower stops finding its own way home, even though it still charges fine when placed on the dock by hand.
Known issue
LUBA 2 (base/2024 and AWD 1000)
Mammotion's manual documents 1300 as "positioning status is poor," but three independent owners hit it for different reasons: a signal-blocking shelter roof, a firmware fix, and one still-unexplained daily recurrence in the open.
Known issue
LUBA 2 AWD, LUBA 2 AWD X, LUBA 3 AWD
The mower and its charging station are rated for rain; the power adapter that feeds them is not. Mammotion support told one owner in writing that the adapter has no declared waterproof rating. Owners report adapters dying after months outdoors, one tripping a home's safety switch, and replacements fixing the fault.
Known issue
LUBA 2 (the owners say "Luba 2"; the posts do not give a sub-model)
LUBA 2 owners report bare, torn patches at corners, around small excluded zones and in front of the charger since the summer 2026 firmware. A Mammotion staff account suggests marking worn areas as no-go zones and changing the mowing angle, and said on 22 September that a new firmware was coming. What was said, and what is not known.
Known issue
LUBA 3 AWD, LUBA 2 AWD
LUBA owners report the mower swerving around a few fallen leaves or low-hanging plant leaves, making sharp turns that tear the lawn, and in one case still doing it with obstacle detection off. What owners changed, and what Mammotion's accounts say about heavy leaf cover.
Known issue
LUBA 3 AWD, LUBA mini 2 AWD, LUBA 2 AWD
LUBA 3 AWD and LUBA mini 2 AWD owners report the Mammotion app showing the mower as offline, mostly away from home or while it sleeps on the dock, even with Wi-Fi and 4G working and push messages still arriving. What owners tried (restarting the app, switching Wi-Fi off on the mower, an older app version) and what Mammotion's accounts say.
News
LUBA 3 AWD / LUBA mini 2 AWD / YUKA mini 2 / LUBA 2 AWD (rollout pending)
What owners are reporting after updating to 2.3.30.39: the multi-point turn fix many were waiting for, early reports of new navigation quirks, and one case that turned out to be an app setting rather than the firmware.

2.3.30.39
Known issue
LUBA 2, LUBA 2 AWD, LUBA 3 AWD, YUKA 2000, YUKA mini 2 800
Owners report charging that stops between about 40 and 75% and waits there, on LUBA 2, YUKA 2000 and YUKA mini 2 800. Mammotion's 2.3.31.69 notes fix charging that fell short of the set level on the LUBA 3 and mini 2 line; for the LUBA 2 and YUKA line, support has pointed owners at the power adapter's batch number.
News
LUBA 2 & LUBA 2 AWD X
Mammotion's support knowledge base for both lines still shows 1.30.29.8 as current, while real and official reports put it at least two releases further ahead.

An authorized Mammotion dealer's diagnostic walkthrough of the most common cutting-height/blade-lift failure: grass compacting under the blade guard, not a firmware or sensor fault in most cases.

"Error detected in the 3D vision module (1425)" has shipped as an official fix on four model lines and been independently owner-reported on four more, with at least five different causes. Here's what's confirmed for each, so you're not chasing the wrong fix.
Known issue
LUBA 2 (including the 3000H), LUBA mini AWD LiDAR
Owners report the mower stopping with error 1201, "Robot is trapped", on open lawn with nothing in its way, several times a mow and in a different place each time, since the late-summer updates. What Mammotion says to check, what owners found, and the blades that can stay off when you press Continue.
News
LUBA 2 AWD (the machine in the photograph published with the report) and LUBA 3 AWD, the model the owners' thread is about (no source names a model in words)
A Swedish news report of a robot mower reversing over a 15-month-old, with no rear sensors and the blades still running (July 5), and two owners describing a child run over during an automated turn (the automatic turns Mammotion calls Multi-point Turn). Neither source names a model in words. The published photograph identifies the machine as a Mammotion LUBA 2 AWD. No manufacturer statement exists, and the EU, the UK and the US have each recalled robot mowers whose blades kept turning when a sensor failed. We assert no cause for either injury.
Guide
YUKA, LUBA 2, LUBA 1 (any RTK/NetRTK-equipped model: this is a signal-placement issue, not model-specific firmware)
An owner's side-by-side test shows light tree canopy over the RTK base station caused repeated positioning loss and missed rows, even while the app reported 40+ satellites. Covers why attics are a bad RTK location, and that moving the base station destroys all saved maps.

An owner's recurring problem (grass and weeds wrapping around the rear wheels near trampolines, fences, and bushes), plus the 3D-printed wheel guard they used to stop it, and tips on no-go zone sizing and fence clearance.
Known issue
LUBA 2 (base/2024)
Error 323 is a documented overload code, but four independent owners split into two very different outcomes: a five-minute cleaning fix, or weeks-long free warranty repair for a genuine motor fault.
