Safety first
Some of these are about the mower’s safety features. Before you try anything, read the safety rules from your mower’s manual.

Automower keeps stopping on an EPOS lawn: Husqvarna's own checks
Try first: Read the message in the app. 'No correction data available' means the mower is not getting its correction signal from the Husqvarna Cloud, so look at internet coverage. 'No accurate position from satellites' or 'Searching for satellites' means a weak satellite signal at the mower or at the reference station, so look at the sky view.

Automower 220 AC: leaves the station but ignores the guide wire to a remote area
Try first: Check the remote area settings in Follow loop out. Open Follow loop (3-2), then Follow loop out (3-2-1). Set Direction to Guide 1, Distance to the number of metres along the guide wire from the station to where mowing should start, and Proportion to 100% while you test. Put the mower in the station and run Test OUT (3-2-5): it shows the distance on the display.

Automower 'no loop signal' on wire models
Try first: Look at the station light, then test the station on its own. Steady green with the mower saying no loop signal, or blue flashing, tells you what the station sees. At the station, disconnect the loop and bridge its two terminals with a short wire: if the light goes green, the station board works and the fault is in the loop.

Automower EPOS stops on 'satellite search'
Try first: Watch where the mower stops and when. The same corners, the strip between buildings, or the ground under a tree point to reception at that spot. A stop only just after leaving the station on a scheduled start is a different pattern, covered in the next step. A phone satellite app (one owner names GPSDiagnostic) shows how many satellites you have at the spot.

Known issue
Automower EPOS: the mower cannot find the reference station, or its signal reads 1%
Try first: Note what the app shows: no mower listed while pairing the station, a station serial number of 0, or a signal strength stuck at 1% with the station's light steady green. Note also whether the mower still mows.
