Known issue Automower 405X and 415X after a 54.x or 57.x update: narrow passage and charging station
Try first: Say which of two things happens. Either the mower no longer finds its way through a narrow passage into another work area, or it stops in front of the charging station (or tries several times) and shows 'Ladestation blockiert' (charging station blocked). The next steps differ.
Known issue Automower 320, 430X and 450X NERA after a firmware update
Try first: Write down the mower's firmware version and the charging station's, and the date the trouble began. In the app, owners look under More, My mowers, Mower details. Owners disagree on whether you must be connected to the mower by Bluetooth to see the station's version.
