- Do this first: common mechanical causes before you blame firmware
A checklist of physical, mechanical, and setup issues that produce symptoms commonly mistaken for firmware bugs. Cheaper and faster to rule out than a rollback, and sometimes the actual fix.
- Tips & fixes that work across models
Find what your mower is doing, then the fixes owners found for it, newest first. Each fix is dated and works on more than one model.

Known issue
LUBA 2: error 1300/1303 ("poor positioning status"), with at least two different causes
Try first: Check whether the mower or its dock sits under anything solid overhead. That means a real terrace roof, not a garden umbrella. Try a more RF-transparent shelter or open sky.

YUKA mini 2: what Mammotion says about LiDAR warmth, DropMow in low light, the dashed line and the side LEDs
Four questions YUKA mini 2 owners asked on Reddit in September and October 2026, and what a Mammotion staff account answered: a warm LiDAR module while charging is normal, DropMow needs enough light, the dashed line points at the first zone, and the side LEDs stay on while docked.

iNavi NetRTK outage, 23 to 24 September 2026: what owners saw and what brought it back
Try first: Check the Mammotion subreddits for same-day posts before you reset anything. Do this if positioning drops and the app says the RTK station is not ready. On 23 September owners in many places reported the same thing within hours, and most were working again the next morning without doing anything.

Known issue
LUBA 3 and 2X: a thin post slips between the bumper and the front wheel and traps the mower
Try first: In the app, draw a restricted area (a no-go zone) around the post, pole or support, with some clearance. Do not rely on the front bumper or the camera to steer around it.

RTK station after firmware 1.16.1.2: a blinking blue light and "RTK Reference Station Is Not Ready"
Try first: Power the mower down, then cut the power to the RTK station for a few minutes and plug it back in. Watch the station's light: owners saw it blink green and then settle on solid green within a few minutes.

RTK base station placement: why 'full satellite count' doesn't mean good signal
Try first: Relocate the RTK base station to a fully open spot with no structures or trees nearby. Remap the same area, and re-run the same task as a comparison.

LUBA mini 2 (1500 LiDAR): firmware 1.30.25.16, NetRTK disconnected and stuck in Single positioning
Try first: Write down both numbers your setup reports: the mower's firmware and the companion app version. The report this page is built on lists 1.30.25.16 and app 2.3.12.11, while Mammotion's own notes for this model list only 2.3.x firmware strings, so which number is which is still unresolved.

RTK reference station: official manual firmware tool
Try first: Update the RTK reference station through Mammotion's own page and the LubaBaseStationUpgrade tool (1.0.6). Connect over USB-serial. Builds exist for Windows, macOS ARM and macOS Intel.

YUKA mini: firmware 1.15.20.2303, NetRTK activation failure
Try first: Note your version. Then check whether the antenna has stopped switching modes and NetRTK activation is failing, as opposed to a general signal problem.
