Mammotion's free power-supply exchange on its Swiss-region help centre: what the FAQ says, and what it leaves out
Mammotion's Swiss-region help centre describes a free replacement of the power supply for some owners, because of the plug on certain supplies. What that FAQ says about why, whether the mower is dangerous and what to do with the old supply; what it does not say (which models, which markets, since when); and what one owner in a German-language forum who received the package reports. We have found no notice for any other market.

What to do next

If the Mammotion app showed you a message about replacing your power supply, follow it. Register your delivery address there. The FAQ says the replacement is sent to you after you register, and the mower does not go back.
More about this step
Applies when: the app has shown you a message about the power-supply exchange.
Worked if: the replacement is posted to you without you doing anything more, as the FAQ describes.

Until the new supply arrives you can keep using the mower as normal, according to the FAQ. If you want to be careful with the outdoor socket in the meantime, keep that connection dry; that part is one owner's choice, not Mammotion's advice.

Applies when: you have registered, or are waiting for the package.
Worked if: you are not left without a working mower while the package is on its way.

Swap only the supplies you were sent replacements for. That means, for example, the charging station's and, on some setups, another component's.
Stop and get help if
the FAQ says a replaced supply must not be used again. Do not hand the old one on or plug it back in.

What Mammotion says
Mammotion has a help-centre page, "Power Supply Replacement โ FAQ", on its Swiss-region support site, in German, French, Italian and English1. It says a quality check found that the plug on "certain power supplies" "may be affected under specific conditions", so the affected supplies are replaced with an optimised version, free, as a precaution1.
The FAQ answers the questions an owner is likely to have:
- Is the mower dangerous? No, it says: the exchange is precautionary, and it knows of no damage, accidents or safety-relevant incidents linked to the affected supplies1.
- Can I keep using it? Yes, until the replacement arrives1.
- Does the mower go back? No. After you register, the replacement is posted to you, and it costs nothing1.
- How long? Dispatch starts from calendar week 43 (the week of 19 October 2026), and with the number of parcels delivery can take some days1.
- Which supplies? Only the ones you are sent replacements for. Depending on the model and setup that can be the charging station's supply and, or, another component's1.
- The old one? It must not be used again after the swap. It does not have to be returned and can go to an electrical-waste collection point1.
- Does it matter how new my mower is? No. A recently delivered mower can still have an affected supply, and if you got the message you are asked to do the exchange1.
What the FAQ does not say
It names no model, no serial range and no date, and it does not say which markets are covered. It sits on the Swiss-region help centre, and that is all the page itself tells us about where it applies1. We do not know whether owners elsewhere are being offered the same exchange. The registration address is not on the page either; owners reach it from the message in the app. One owner who posted about it also points out that the letter in the package carries no date, so an owner cannot tell from it who is affected or when3.
If you did not get the app message, there is nothing on the FAQ page that tells you whether your supply is one of them, or whether your market is included. Ask Mammotion support, and say which model you own and where you live.
What one owner received
An owner of a Luba, writing in a German-language forum (where they live is not stated), says that about a month earlier the app showed a message that a power supply seemed faulty and would be exchanged free, and that they had to give an address. On 26 October two power supplies arrived, apparently one of them for the RTK antenna, with a letter saying to replace the old ones2. A second owner in the thread says theirs had not arrived yet, and had covered the socket connection outdoors until it did4.
Another poster guessed from the pictures that the new plug is meant to keep water out of the connection, because the old flat plug has no seal outdoors4. That is one owner's reading of the photos. Mammotion's FAQ does not say it.
