Rolling back from
2.3.25.12
Target version
2.3.22.28
Last updated

Before you start: confirm your mower's current firmware version and note it down. If this rollback doesn't go as planned, you'll want that number to ask for help.

What's been reported

Severe WiFi/4G connection drops after updating to 2.3.25.12 — the app disconnects after 1-2 seconds and becomes "completely unusable" for some1. The same reports describe frequent partial docking failures, with "Return failed" and "Charging failed (1000011)" error messages. Neither issue is mentioned in Mammotion's own changelog for this release, which instead describes new mapping and Smart Charging features2.

Rollback procedure

Follow the general Android rollback guide, targeting 2.3.22.28 (15 April 2026) — the release immediately prior to 2.3.25.12, per Mammotion's own KB.

No confirmed manual downgrade path exists for the mower's own body firmware (see the Android guide) — treat this version number as the target to look for via whatever path exists, not a confirmed working procedure in itself.
