What happened

LUBA 2 drove into and pushed a lawn chair despite obstacle-avoidance sensitivity being set to "sensitive"¹. The same issue on both LUBA 2 and LUBA 2X is described as present "since day 1" — a standing limitation, not something a recent update introduced — with one workaround being a 3D-printed physical blocker to keep the mower away from the affected area.

Why this is worth documenting

This site's main focus is firmware regressions, but a recurring, corroborated limitation like this is worth logging so owners aren't left assuming a recent update is responsible when the behavior may have been there all along. If obstacle avoidance has never reliably caught furniture-sized objects on your LUBA 2 or 2X, this matches an existing, unresolved report rather than something new.
